We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Senior Accountant / Financial Analyst (remote) to join our Accounting & Finance team. The ideal candidate will combine strong accounting expertise with financial analysis skills. This role is responsible for managing the month-end close process, preparing financial statements, performing account reconciliations, analysing financial performance, preparing management reports

- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports and management reports.
- Prepare KPI reports and perform financial data analysis.
- Analyse financial results and investigate variances.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies.
- Prepare cash flow reports and other management reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate financial information effectively.
- Deliver clear financial presentations and reports to management.
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- ACCA, CPA, or CMA qualification (completed or in progress) preferred.
- 3–5+ years of accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience managing the month-end close process and preparing financial statements.
- Experience working in a multi-entity environment.
- Knowledge of payroll, fixed assets, and intercompany accounting.
- Experience preparing management reports and KPI dashboards.
