  • Evaluate, install, and configure third-party applications to extend Salesforce functionality.
  • Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot or refine custom Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components, while focusing on configuration over coding.

5. Hands-On Problem Solving:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, serving as the go-to expert for technical challenges.
  • Independently handle high-priority escalations related to performance, user access, or data anomalies.
  • Perform system audits and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.

6. Project Execution:

  • Take full ownership of Salesforce projects, such as platform upgrades, new module implementations (e.g., Service Cloud, CPQ), or org consolidations.
  • o Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deploy them with minimal oversight.
  • o Manage timelines and deliverables for technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.

7. User Enablement (Non-Managerial):

  • Create detailed documentation and training materials to support end-users and reduce dependency on IT.
  • Provide advanced support to power users or business units on an as-needed basis, focusing on self-service enablement.
